1 Cook the onion on a medium heat in a non-stick pan with a splash of water until soft. Add the turkey mince to the pan and cook until fully browned. Add the mushrooms and red peppers and lightly cook until soft.
2 Stir in the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, herbs and stock powder, mixing well. Simmer gently for 30 minutes until the meat is tender.
3 Serve with your choice of gluten-free pasta and vegetables.
