Go all out with some homemade chips! I love a sweet potato chip but classic spuds with some rosemary are also fabulous.
1 Place all the ingredients, into a bowl with a good pinch of salt and black pepper.
2 Start stirring with a spoon then finish with your hands to ensure everything is well mixed together.
3 Divide the mixture into five and form into burger patties.
4 Place the burgers under the grill on a medium heat for about 10 minutes until nicely browned. Turn over to the other side and repeat.
5 Serve the burgers in a gluten-free bun with lettuce, sliced tomato and sauce of your choice – mustard, ketchup and mayo are all good.
