If you want more heat, add more tobasco
1 Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas Mark 7
2 Heat the oil in a small pan and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, mustard and tabasco and simmer very gently for a minute.
3 In a bowl, dust the chicken in the seasoned flour. Followed by generously covering the chicken with the sauce.
4 Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes until well browned and cooked through. Transfer to a serving plate and keep those napkins handy!
