You could serve with: nutella, banana, ice-cream, syrup, berries, cream or a combination. I like to have nutella and sliced banana on my waffles.
1 In a large bowl combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, caster sugar and eggs - I use a wooden spoon.
2 Warm the milk in the microwave and then gradually add it to the bowl – I use a whisk for this bit.
3 Stir in the oil and the vanilla extract.
4 Let the batter sit for 15 minutes before putting it in the waffle maker.
5 Follow the instructions for your waffle maker. My waffles take 4 minutes to cook. Don’t forget to oil the waffle maker before use. Enjoy with your favourite toppings!
