If your nutella is stored in a cool place you may need to ever so slightly warm it through to make mixing it easier
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas mark 4 and line two baking trays with baking parchment paper.
2 In a medium bowl, mix together the Nutella and egg until combined. Slowly add in the flour until it comes together like a dough texture. Mix in the white chocolate chips.
3 Roll the mixture into 2.5cm/1-inch balls and gently flatten them.
4 Bake for 10 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are dry to touch. Let them cool on the baking tray before fully cooling on a wire wrack
