Combine the sweetness of raisins with some crunchy chopped nuts or use crunchy peanut butter if you prefer
1 Line a baking tray with some greaseproof paper.
2 Cream together the peanut butter, butter and the icing sugar in a bowl. Stir in the raisins and shape your mixture into round balls. This is a little tricky but don’t panic as they do come together. Leave to firm up in the fridge.
3 Break the chocolate into squares and place in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water to melt it. Leave for a few minutes until the chocolate has melted.
4 Remove from the heat and give your chocolate a quick stir. Dip each ball into the chocolate and place onto your baking tray with greaseproof paper. Give plenty of time to allow them to set.
