Experiment with different types of chocolate chips
1 Preheat the oven to 160°C/fan 140°C/gas mark 3 and grease a baking tray with butter or margarine.
2 Melt the margarine with the sugar and vanilla extract in a medium-sized saucepan on a low heat. Mix together with a wooden spoon until smooth and well-combined. Take the saucepan off the heat.
3 Beat the eggs in a jug before pouring into the saucepan (off the heat). Then add the gluten-free flour, cocoa, gluten-free baking powder and the chocolate chips into the saucepan and mix. Pour into the baking tray.
4 Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool befor cutting them into squares. You can eat the brownies either warm or cold with cream or ice-cream. ENJOY!!!
