Nutella Cookies

A simple and perfect introduction to baking with these 4 ingredient cookies and my favourite ingredient... Nutella

If your Nutella is stored in a cool place you may need to ever so slightly warm it through to make mixing it easier

Ingredients

  • 300g Nutella

  • 1 egg

  • 140g gluten-free plain flour

  • 50g white chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas mark 4 and line two baking trays with baking parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the Nutella and egg until combined. Slowly add in the flour until it comes together like a dough texture. Mix in the white chocolate chips.

  3. Roll the mixture into 2.5cm (1-inch) balls and gently flatten them.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are dry to touch. Let them cool on the baking tray before fully cooling on a wire wrack
