One of my family's go to Saturday night dinners with very few ingredients required

Ingredients

  • 400g lamb mince

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 heaped tbsp tomato ketchup

  • gluten-free rolls to serve

  • salt and pepper to season

Method

  1. Mix together the lamb mince with the onion and ketchup. Season well with salt and pepper.

  2. Use your hands to shape them into burgers and then place the burgers under the grill on a medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.

  3. Serve in a gluten-free roll with a salad garnish. An alternative would be to serve them on an a little gem leaf with coleslaw..
