Lamb burgers

Ingredients

  • 400g lamb mince
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 heaped tbsp tomato ketchup
  • gluten-free rolls to serve
  • salt and pepper to season

Method

1 Mix together the lamb mince with the onion and ketchup. Season well with salt and pepper.

2 Use your hands to shape them into burgers and then place the burgers under the grill on a medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.

3 Serve in a gluten-free roll with a salad garnish. An alternative would be to serve them on an a little gem leaf with coleslaw.
