I’ve put together some of my favourite go to meals perfect for a family meal plan. Perhaps next time I will share about my family's favourite meals and share some of their favourite recipes from the website. If your family is like mine, you may have a picky eater in its midst (like my brother!) and need to adapt recipes. Cooking and sharing meals is something every family should be able to enjoy together – even if one or more family members eats gluten free. Preparing meals can feel like such a difficult task. Planning will make the week much easier and helps you know what to get in the supermarkets too when doing your shopping so you have the ingredients at hand when needed.

Monday Leek and potato soup

Homemade soups are well worth the effort and this recipe is great for soup beginners.

Tuesday Chicken risotto

A simple base recipe for you to add your favourite vegetables. Its simplicity and flexibility makes it an ideal midweek meal.

Wednesday Leek and bacon pasta

A regular midweek meal in my house with simple but tasty flavours and a crispy topping.

Thursday Baked Spanish omelette

A flexible vegetarian dinner ideal for the mid-week rush. The added potato makes this more hearty than the standard egg omelette.

Friday Fish pie

A true comfort dish with a nice selection of fish in a creamy sauce topped with cheesy, creamy mashed potato

Saturday Lamb burgers

One of my family's go to Saturday night dinners with very few ingredients required. No one wants a complicated Saturday night meal so give this fakeaway recipe a go!

Sunday Yorkshire puddings

Gluten-free still does amazing Yorkshire puds and we all know how important they are for the perfect Sunday roast!

My list of essentials for any gluten free cupboard

When I was diagnosed with coeliac disease aged four, I had to rely on my mum and dad to make sure I was having the correct foods. This was back when there was little understanding of gluten-free diets and the supermarkets poorly stocked freefrom foods. This experience growing up has taught me the essential cupboard ingredients to get by just fine. The last thing you want is to find yourself...

My fabulous favourite five gluten free bloggers

In the early stages of my coeliac journey there were not many gluten free bloggers. However now, there is definitely an increase of bloggers. I started to follow gluten free bloggers around a few years before I started my blog, finding them mainly on Facebook. To help you while going through the journey of re-adjusting habits such as food shopping...
